There is more to this story than meets the eye though, as it is a bilingual tale in English and Spanish, helping your little one, to learn their first Spanish words. This beautiful book by Owen Gildersleeve is completely enchanting.

As we follow him on his way home, we see all of the wonderful wintry sights you might expect. What is so magical about this beautifully illustrated and poetic tale, is that as he moves from page to page, little twinkling lights poke through the paper to illuminate lampposts, stars and more.
A brilliant story to share with your little ones this Christmas that will have them captivated as each light appears.
It is really difficult to not be excited about this particular book, it is clever on so many levels, not just educational but extremely fun to read.
