Williams Single Estate English Apple Gin is grown, distilled and bottled in Herefordshire. Gin is made from vodka, (who knew, right?) and Williams are known for their world class vodka and so the process by which they make their gin begins by distilling their very own cider into vodka. Once the vodka has been made they then distil the drink for a fourth time in their bespoke copper castor head gin still and infuse some rather delectable ingredients:
- Angelica Root
- Fresh Bramley Apple
This results in a fresh, crisp, fill bodied, sharp and yet incredibly fruity gin that is presented in a stunning bottle, etched with a dark and detailed forest and finally packaged in a gorgeous box that makes it the perfect gift.
