What is Coeliac Disease?
Coeliac disease is a lifelong autoimmune disease caused by intolerance to gluten. 1 in 100 people have the condition.
What are the symptoms?
Symptoms include bloating, diarrhoea, nausea, wind, constipation, tiredness, sudden or unexpected weight loss (but not in all cases), hair loss and anaemia.

We also produce a delicious savoury range of Cheese Crackers and Potato Bites. Included in the new Gluten Free…and Good For Me sub brand, there are Cereal Bars and Pasta with Sauce. The Cereal Bars come in three tasty flavours; Berries & Cherries, Sultana & Apricot and Banana. The convenient bars are calorie counted to 150 calories, low in fat and packed with 50% oats, fruit and honey. The Pasta with Sauce is also available in three delicious flavours; Gourmet Mushroom and Cream, Rich Tomato and Mediterranean Herbs and Cheese with White Wine Sauce. The Pasta with Sauce made with real Italian corn fusilli, is low-fat and can made be made up in 10 minutes on the hob or in the microwave.
