We all think a quick fix is the best option but it isn’t. Achieving a goal one step at a time – to change the lifestyle one step at a time is a goal.
We got our hands on the DVDs – Time for a intense yoga workout. The review pack includes the DVDs, the workout poster and the book.
Reading the book – it holds a step by step guide to changing your lifestyle. 3 stages of a food plan and a basic guide to food selection.
The DVDs themselves- contains separate workouts that build upon different groups of muscles. Some are built upon all muscles and some are just to get out of bed in the morning.
DVDs not enough – how about finding a DDP Yoga rep. Yoga reps are across the world just do a little bit of research and maybe there is one close by.
Carl has volunteered to take up the challenge of fitness and will be using DDP Yoga as much as possible. We will be monitoring his progress and will be getting back with a “Challenge Progress Report” later in the year. #ChallengeDF
So far – upon writing this – he has adapted his routine to fit in the workouts and has started cutting out bad elements of food and drink. Baby steps.
