Gluten Free Pizza Bagels

Gluten Free Pizza Bagels
These gluten-free pizza bagels can be ready in minutes, so they’re ideal for a quick supper or a tasty, anytime snack. There’s plenty of crunch and lots of flavour, with the two cheeses, tomatoes, garlic and basil all combining to delicious effect. Get some gluten-free pizza bagels under your grill soon.
Write a review
  1. 1 TBS Olive Oil, (can use flavoured)
  2. 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  3. 1 Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel
  4. Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. Mozzarella Cheese
  6. 5-6 Grape Tomatoes, sliced
  7. Fresh Basil Leaves
  1. Pour olive oil in small glass container.
  2. For extra garlic flavour, mince or slice 1 garlic clove and add to oil.
  3. Brush each side of bagel with oil.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with cheeses. You can also add feta for variety.
  5. Add sliced tomatoes and basil leaves.
  6. Top with very thin slices of garlic, more cheese and a drizzle more of olive oil, if desired.
  7. Grill in oven a few minutes, or until cheese is melted, for delicious gluten free pizza bagels in next to no time
