Greenall’s Gin – A Few Summery Recipes


Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin is made in one of England’s oldest distilleries!  For over 250 it has been made with the same secret recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation of distillers.  It contains eight botanicala, rich with juniper, citrus and spice.


image001Greenall’s Gin & Tonic

50ml Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin
100ml high quality tonic water
2 wedges of lime

Fill a tall glass with ice, squeeze one of the wedges of lime over the ice, pour in the Greenall’s Gin and top up with tonic water. Garnish with the second lime wedge.

Greenall’s Negroni

20ml Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin
20ml Campari Bitter
20ml Martini Rosso

Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.

25ml Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup (1 water : 2 sugar)
Top with good quality champagne 

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne.

100ml Greenall’s Original London Dry Gin
50ml freshly squeezed
40ml gomme (sugar syrup)
Soda Water.

Shake all of the ingrediants with ice and strain into an ice-filled tall glass, top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
