Grosjean Info

Grosjean is a 29 year old racer who has already scored 10 podium finishes in 78 F1 Races.  The racer is bringing in plenty of experience with him having his 5th season currently with Lotus (who are rumoured to be going bust).

As long as he has the car, he is a potential world champion with a great pedigree behind him.  In March 2016, he will get the chance to drive the car and hopefully they will be the surprise package of the season.

Overall Outlook

Haas F1 have a exciting few years ahead of them. They have already got a good driver to develop the car and the team around.  Gene Haas, the founder and chairman of Haas F1, has echoed those thoughts by saying:

“We wanted an experienced driver capable of developing our car and our race team into one that can score points and better itself each race and each season. We found him in Romain Grosjean,” said Gene Haas, founder and chairman, Haas F1 Team. “I’ve been involved in motorsports for a long time and learned early on the most crucial component is the driver. Romain has strong credentials and he will be an important asset to Haas F1 Team.”

Its too early to see how well they will do but in pre-season testing next year, we should find out. Good luck to them, a surprise package like Brawn GP.
