Our delicious recipe from today comes from Tobasco…

Halloumi Kebabs
Serves 4
Great, simple kebabs of olive oil and Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce, marinated Halloumi spiked on skewers with red and yellow pepper pieces, lemon wedges and bay leaves and grilled to fragrant perfection.

Ingredients
  1. 225g/8oz Halloumi cheese
  2. 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce
  4. 1 red pepper, seeded and cut in squares
  5. 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut in squares
  6. 1 lemon cut into wedges
  7. 4 bay leaves
  8. extra Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Slice Halloumi and place in a shallow dish. Drizzle over olive oil and Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce. Cover and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Arrange on skewers with pepper pieces, lemon wedges and bay leaves. Griddle to brown at the edges. Serve with extra Tabasco® Green Pepper Sauce for sprinkling.
