The Beginning And The End Of Everything – Album Review

The album has hit number 7 in the Australian Album Chart. Combined with a sellout tour of Australia he is hitting home with a great album.

4 Standout tracks –

The Beginning And The End Of Everything

The Album’s named after track. Quite upbeat and good for swooning for.

Leeward Side

The single released individually.  It offers variety in the one song with multi-layered vocals, and varying levels of instrumentation.  Another song where the listener can sing along to.

Warm in Winter

A song in which it looks at emotions. It keys in on the heartstrings and keeps it going throughout.

Feet of Clay

Upbeat and dramatic in the changes. Vocal turns and lots of things happening – to then small amount happening.

Overall Review

Full of multi-tracked vocals on most songs to create harmonies – it’s something different to what we usually listen to but it is always fun to vary it up. A good album full of songs with quotable lyrics which is always a bonus.

Ballads and Upbeat Numbers – Score 8/10

Currently on Tour in UK.
