Food is the way to the heart, so Cloud 23 look to send your hearts into the clouds with its menu – oozing with decadence and cocktails to match.
Its aims to help the diners shower their dates with love, or let the clouds do the talking. This high rise bar on the 23rd floor of the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, aims to show it has the best afternoon tea but also the best views of the city.
The tea’s menu boasts a selection of Manchester’s finest fancies and is sure to put the love in the air –
- from enjoying a chocolate fondue with fruit skewers and marshmallows
- to a glorious glistening strawberry jam with Dorset clotted cream in a cherry scone (or two)
- A slice of lemon drizzle cake and cancucci.
Thats just the deserts on offer. The savoury selection includdes pastrami and cream cheese on rye bread, red pepper and hummus on tomato and olive bread, smoked salmon sandwiches, crayfish salad wraps and creamed leek and Lancashire cheese tart. All sounding very yummy.
To top it all off, your food will be accompanied with a glass of champagne and specially crafted ‘his and hers’ cocktails.

Valentine’s afternoon tea is £38 per adult and is available from Friday 13 until Sunday 15 February, from noon until 5pm.
