Having played previous versions, this is a solid entry into the series.

The on the track/road game play is solid. The difficulty curve of learning the game is high but once the rhythm to the game is learnt – you can crack it easily.

The management aspects of the game are hard to manage, keeping all your riders happy and forefilled led to a few issues for our team in later progression.

The separate solo career felt better and we prefered this mode allot more.

We only managed to put in a solid 10 hours to try and get this out for the end of the Tour. It felt like we developed a good initial look enough  to make an opinion.  Good varied gameplay on the track and the road, the solo career and the “velodrome” challenges add extra aspects to the game.

3 out of 5

Update – Now 20 hours in we are still going and enjoying it.  Good solid gameplay.
