Review – 365 Ways to Live Generously

This book is built for those of us with a need of a extra push here and there.  We take a look at a title that caught our eye by Sharon Lipinski.

The book is about the ability to transform your physical, emotional, and spiritual health with the power of generosity. It introduces elements and lessons on an every day lesson. With 365 ways to live it gives 365 lessons.

It focuses on one of the seven generosity habits:

  • Physical Health
  • Mindfulness
  • Relationships
  • Connecting with Yourself
  • Gratitude
  • Simplicity
  • Philanthropy

With each habit appearing once a week, it gives the readers a whole year to practice and make it a part of their daily life.

Description out the way – Here are our thoughts on reading the book.

52 Weeks

A good self help book needs to bring in concepts quickly and easy.  It felt a bit slow to begin with but once the introduction is done – you are truly rolling.

The 52 weeks will bring in concepts and ideas you may not think of issues.  It makes you think greatly.

The Finale

Every book needs a good ending.  Does it deliver?  Well it would take a year to find out but from reading the review week at the end – It Should.

From looking at the foundations of it with the “Seven Generosity Habits” to the finale review this book hits the ideas well.

Will it continue to sit on my shelf?  Maybe, maybe not. Its holds good chunks of info and will be valuable to anyone needing that boost.

Score – 3/5
