Solitaire Part 1 – Chef Solitaire USA

Solitaire is probably one of the most played games in the world, the ability to just pick up a pack of cards and lay them out ready for Solitaire makes it accessible and easy to get to grips with.  Of course technology has moved on now and much of our gaming these days is done on gaming consoles and computers, Solitaire was not left behind in this and The Revills Games have two fantastic Solitaire games to ease your card playing urges.

Chef Solitaire USA

Stacey owns a little book store that is not doing so well, she decides to do something her friends ad suggested and open up a restaurant, now she needs your help to make it a success.  Travelling across 48 states, opening restaurants as you go, your card shark skills with Solitaire will give allow Stacey to fulfill her dreams.

6The main campaign follows a more contemporary version of Solitaire, allowing you to remove cards that are either one higher, or one lower in value than the draw card.  Creating chains, uncovering special cards and jumping over hurdles will all earn you gold to purchase things that will make your entrepreneurial journey that much easier.  Every now and then the game likes to thrown a little obstacle your way, perhaps a fried egg escaped from the frying pan and you need to find the spatula to move it and make cards available, or maybe some grease is needing to be cleaned up, making you reassess your strategy.  You will also come across four mini games that will have your brain working on overdrive to complete, building burgers or matching ice creams, which ever challenge presents itself you will be caught by surprise when it pops up.

The game is accompanied by music and sound effects, neither are annoying and so add to the overall relaxed feel to the game, all in all we think it is a great game to pick up and play whenever you need a little distraction. It is full of charm and you’ll be playing for hours before you even realise it
