Superhand are Anglo-Swede duo who are currently reside in central Wales.  Superhand’s sound is a blend of light and shade with a twisted electronica style making it an ” absorbing, uplifting, unsettling, and transcendent experience that lingers long in the mind.”

American Teeth

SUPERHAND - American Teeth a_w lo-res

‘American Teeth’ has been produced by UK songwriter/producer Mike Mason and engineered/mixed by Grammy award winner Cameron Craig (Placebo, UNKLE, Amy Winehouse) and also features a dizzying arraying of artists who help the duo flesh out their sound. These include: Jason Cooper (The Cure), Duane Atherley, Jim Hunt’s brass section (Primal Scream, Amy Winehouse) and Lucy Wilkins and crew on strings (Radiohead, Florence and The Machine).

Our Thoughts

A good relaxing listen. Good variety of songs with a 10 min opening track.  Its a weird album with a great tone and a few hypnotic tracks hidden in there to relax the listener out.

Highlight tracks

Bass and Guns – The ten minute opening track sets the tone brilliantly to the album.

Discipline Me – The hypnotic Xylophone opening style worked well. The track twists and turns brilliantly.  Our Favourite track, especially with the memorable lyrics.
