We’re Jammin’Ingredients: 50mls Tanqueray London Dry Gin 25mls lemon Juice 10mls sugar ½ an egg white 2 tea spoons jam Garnish with a lemon zest
Method – add all ingredients to shaker and shake with cubed ice, strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish
Frozen AviationIngredients: 50mls Tanqueray London Dry Gin 25mls lemon juice 10mls maraschino 10mls crème de violette 15mls sugar syrup
Method: add all ingredients to blender and blend with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon zest and a cherry

Vine Street CrushIngredients: 50mls Tanqueray London Dry Gin 15mls berry liqueur Fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries etc.) 20mls lemon juice 10mls sugar syrup Garnish with fresh berries
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker, shake with cubed ice and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass and garnish

35ml Tanqueray London Dry
15ml Apple liqueur
30ml cloudy apple juice
3 x fresh basil leaves
5ml lemon juice & 5ml sugar
Garnish with a floating basil leaf and fresh cracked black pepper
