Board Game publisher Arcane Wonders in partnership with Activision , Genuine Entertainment and Evolution are thrilled to announce the kickstarter for Call of Duty – The Board Game.
With a worldwide retail launch in 2024, Call of Duty: The Board Game brings the acclaimed Call of Duty experience to tabletops. Players will become elite Operators and enter battle with signature weapons and unique combat skills. With an exciting array of iconic maps, a variety of intense game modes, and team-based objectives, players will blow away enemies with the game’s intuitive action system. Additional information will release in the coming months, so stay frosty.
Our Thoughts
Looking at the design on the kickstarter pages, it looks like a relatively deep game. It has all you expect from COD GAMES, the loadouts, the special powers and some explosive conclusions.
It does annoy us that it has two standard boxes, a red and blue box. Blue box has exclusives of Price and Makarov figures and the Killhouse Map, whilst the Red Box has Shephard and Ghost figures and Shoothouse Map. However the collectors box – has the two boxes combined.
It is one to watch out for, we are thinking of picking up one of the red/blue boxes for $49 ourselves.
